I absolutely love animation. My experience and education has given me a strong foundation in graphic design and visual arts. My 10+ years of experience in the field has filled me with knowledge and skills I bring to help create strong communication, teamwork, motion systems and branding.

I've worked closely with clients to solve problems and tell stories with vivid imagery and purposeful movement in UX, explainers, social media, large scale events, broadcast, experiential learning, and film. I have worked on small and large scale projects from conception to completion. Mood boards, style boards, story boards, execution, developing motion systems: the full process.

I love collaborating with a team, and also find joy in head-down research and creation, flying solo. I find great value in sharing knowledge with departments to help work flow and embrace leading and/or mentoring other designers whenever I have the chance, whether that be guiding team members on staff or freelancers.

Since 2012, I've provided motion design and animation, art direction and motion direction during a variety of projects. As an Adjunct Professor at FIT, I got the opportunity to teach After Effects. It was very rewarding to pass the buck and teach at my alma mater.

I've had the pleasure of creating high-impact motion graphics for clients like A+E Networks, MTV, YouTube, Facebook, Google, and many more.

In my free time, I enjoy wood working, guitar, stop-motion, improving my desk space, playing pool, and spending time with my wife and our tiny (but mighty) pup, Brando.
